Step 2: Download the application form here.

Step 3: One of our FAB team members will contact you via email for the available schedules and bank deposit information.

Step 4: Deposit your payment to the bank.

Step 5: Fill in and submit your application form back to fabcreativesmanila@gmail.com together with the deposit slip as proof of your payment.

Step 6: You will receive a confirmation message from our team.

Step 7: Your receipt will be given on your first day of your class or visit our office in advance to claim it.
